I hope you are all having a good week! I know I am. I have been busy scouring my emails for the home based businesses, In Search of Great Opportunities! I think it's interesting and exciting to learn all these new things. The person I signed up under on FREEBIE FORCE has been a wealth of information! I am so glad to have found her!
I will be adding new things to the site only after really trying them out, so bear with me. Hey, I'll save you so much more time this way, because I am weeding out the stuff I don't like or that just isn't worth anyone's time.
If you all find something that you like or feel really lives up to what it states, by all means, let me know. I will give you the credit for adding it, if it meets my expectations. Remember, I am only looking for free or next to free home based businesses.
Today I ate pizza with my daughter's and the youngest one and I went swimming this evening. The water was soooooooooooo C O L D! Brrr! But I did go swimming!

Tonight at work I am trying to stay awake by working on my new website. Sleep wants to come, and am drinking coffee and going for little walks just to stay awake. I even had the luxury of sleeping almost a full 8 hrs. today! Wow! That hasn't happened in a while.
The new doggie is working out great. She is an amazing dog! Very calm and very well behaved. She is part terrior and part yorkie. We named her Shadow, because she never leaves my side. She is a real blessing to me!
She is a rescue. I didn't want a dog, but when I saw her, I just knew we were meant for each other! She loves everyone in the family, including my ex husband! She does not play favorites...she will give kisses to all!
I will get some pictures posted on here of her. She is a sweetie.
I am scouring the net for free or cheap businesses people can do from home online. I am not going to be listing stuff like typing or surveys, or stuff like that. I am looking for "real" legitimate businesses that one can grow to their hearts desire without limitations.

A Good Reason To Work From Home

I don't know about you, but I used to do the 8:30am-5:00pm workday. Traffic was bad to and from work, stuck in rush hour both ways. Get into the parking lot and have to park about a half mile away, then get all the way up to the building and a car is just pulling out of a sweet parking spot, while you are straightening your hair and tugging your suit, to make sure you look okay, and hurrying to clock in on time.
You get in the office and people are already in a bad mood, muttering under their breath, yelling and screaming, and just that feeling of "Oh, Crap, another day at work!" and everyone can "feel" the underlying tension.
A boss who gets mad if anyone (anyone at all) happens to be happy. They certainly don't think you have anything to be happy about, and if you are happy then you MUST need more to do! So they pile more and more work on you but don't increase your pay.
Arrrggghhh! It's frustrating! And God forbid, you need to leave for an appointment. Whatever. I love the job I have now, and I am at the same company, but third shift sure is a far cry from those LONG DAYS! I now go home in a good mood, but am so glad that I have a few jobs that I can do from home as well. I probably could work strictly from home, (Just take a look at my VERY FIRST POST in this blog and you can see and feel the frustration!), but now I am happy with my job.
If a person truly wants to work from home. They sure can. With gas prices the way they are, people are turning to ecommerce more and more!
I really feel like this is the best time to look for work on the web. If you can't find something you like, go ahead and create something! Anything. Find your niche and do it! (Disclaimer, I am not telling anyone to quit their job, I am stating for you to find out what it is and do it and don't quit your job until you are steadily employed with something else and really making a living. No reason to quit your job if you are needing to sponge off of anyone or society itself, another Disclaimer** to this disclaimer... I am not knocking if people need assistance...I have been there, believe me...I am just saying do not knowingly put yourself in a base situation.) Enough disclaimers.
I think if you want to find some way to work at home for a hobby, for part time or full time, if there is a will there is a way.
I am constantly looking for things to do from home, so if you have any legitimate no cost (preferably) to low cost ways of making money on the web, ( No surveys please). I am interested. I don't know how many of you have seen "Whatever Happened To Baby Jane" starring Bette Davis and Joan Crawford, Victor Buono. It was made in 1962. This movie is one of my favorites. I don't know if I find it "funny", which I don't think was the intention here. But I guess I do. I know it's supposed to be a horror type film and maybe it was for it's day. But it is funny to me.

Never in my life have I written a testimonial about anything. Guess I was always afraid it might sound dumb.
